Die fünf Säulen von Polarity

Gesundheit für Körper, Geist und Seele

Moksha is a Sanskrit word from India meaning “liberation.” This is the essence of the Amnanda Moksha treatments – gently supporting the release of inner blockages while strengthening self-determination.

Every person is familiar with inner blockages and their many effects. Their causes are often just as layered and usually unconscious, rooted in life experiences, conditioning, imprints, and genetic predispositions. This naturally brings up the question: “Am I allowed to want what I truly want?”

The process of releasing these inner blockages unfolds through an Ayurvedic oil treatment that stimulates the metabolism, activating hormones, enzymes, and neurotransmitters. Within a space of trust, safety, and care, this initiates a shift in both feeling and thinking. New, positive emotions can emerge, leading to a more supportive form of self-reflection, where former blockages begin to be seen in a new light.

The Amnanda Moksha process consists of six treatments over six months, with one oil treatment each month. The time between sessions allows the cycle of feeling, thinking, self-reflection, and change to gently integrate into everyday life.
