Welcome to Atelier Für Heilkunsts’ online shop terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
All orders placed at www.atelierfuerheilkunst.ch online store will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering.
This Agreement shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of Switzerland (including its conflict of laws rules).

.We do not share your personal data with third parties except that our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Products, prices and availability
We present our products on our website as accurately as possible, ensuring that the product images are as true in colour as possible. The actual product may vary slightly due to differences in lighting and different screen settings.

Although atelierfuerheilkunst.ch uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that the items shown on the website are available, we cannot guarantee the availability of all our items. When the order is received and if the goods ordered are available, you will receive a confirmation email.

Prices are in CHF (Swiss francs). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Shipping
Products are dispatched with local post either from Switzerland or from Portugal. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product and the destination. The shipping costs do not include possible customs duties nor import taxes. The shipping for all Original art includes an insurance. Originals and Prints will be sent rolled up in a cardboard postal tube.

Damage during delivery
If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. In doing so you help us to assert our claims to the carrier or transport insurer.

Returns
Due to the nature of these artistic products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
All sales on atelierfuerheilkunst.ch are final. Each Item will be carefully checked by us before dispatch.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any issue with your order such as damage caused during the transport or non-delivery.
